Producer: Jack Richardson
Record Company: A&M Records, Hollywood, CA 1971
The new Master was created by Jeffrey Neil, musician, sound engineer and producer. Jeffrey took out all the scratch and pop sounds from the original album, applied the perfect amount of processing and equaliztion to make the Album come alive, preserving the HOPE sound.
He checked and rechecked every song along the process by emailing both Jim Croegaert and yours truly previews of each song until perfection was complete.
Jeffrey, we are forever grateful to your services to preserve the timeless message of HOPE for future generations.
The band originated in the hills and valleys of Esofia, Wisconsin
where 13 of us lived together at the McKibbin house in Esofea.
We signed our recording contract with A&M Records in 1970 with the album released in the Spring of 1971.

The band signed a toouring contract with the William Morris Agency in Chicago, opening concerts for many classic rock bands like The James Gang, Alice Cooper, Chase and many others. HOPE performed its final concert at Esofea Park, Esofea, Wisconsin in July of 1972.
The whole community from Coon Valley, Viroqua, Westby, LaCrosse and Esofea came out ot support the band.
Wayne McKibbin was our lead guitar player, a gifted singer and songwriter.
We spent our frist 2 years at his house in Esofea where the "Jam" began at sunset and music could be heard throughout the night throughout the entire Esofean valley. A most memorable time and the beginnings of our spiritual search for God.

Jeff Cozy and I met up with Wayne and Jim and Dave in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin, when we were traveling and playing in difference bands. We got together for a "jam" session after hours at the Purple Haze Night club and the rest is history. HOPE was born!

HOPE band spent many hours at Esofea park. From picnics, to bonfires, to twilight hide and seek on full moon nights, to countless walks from Wayne's house past the church and up the old winding road to the park entrance. We shared alot of hopes and dreams on those memorable walks. And when the time was right and ordained, we found the Spirit of God as well.
